About Lisa: I help people dissolve emotional perceptions that are the source of beliefs that are in opposition to their truth. I show them the importance of alignment and how their emotions are their greatest resources for getting into the truth of their being. I guide them in a shift in perception of past experiences that hold remnants of shame or guilt. At times we clear unresolved emotional memories where patterns are particularly strong and seemingly invasive. I believe there are emotional imprints that result when left unresolved that influence our self image paradigm. These negative emotional unresolved memories that are stored often help explain particular patterns that aren't serving us in our life. This explanation or this delving deep that we do is not so that we can exacerbate the challenges in our lives and the problems we're having, rather it's to simply gain clarity and most of all, self compassion. It just helps to explain so much about your beliefs and thought patterns so that you can start from a clean slate moving forward.
